Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and dbg99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing access to and use of the dbg99 website at dbg99.vip, including all games, sports betting markets, payment services, promotional offers, and any other features made available on the Platform.

By registering an account, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any wager or deposit, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. • 2.5You must not be an existing dbg99 employee, agent, affiliate, or an immediate family member of any such person. Persons with a potential conflict of interest in relation to platform operations are not permitted to hold player accounts.

Account Registration and Security

Each user is permitted to hold one registered account on the dbg99 Platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held within them.

• 3.1You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party under any circumstances.
• 3.2You must notify dbg99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. dbg99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to notify us promptly.

• 3.4You must keep your registered contact details current and accurate. dbg99 will use your registered mobile number as the primary channel for account notifications, OTP verification, and support communications.
• 3.5You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting dbg99 support. Any remaining balance at the time of account closure will be paid out to your registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing, provided no outstanding KYC or investigation procedures are pending.

Your Key Obligations as a dbg99 User

All registered users of the dbg99 Platform are bound by the following core obligations. These are not exhaustive — the full set of user obligations is detailed across the relevant sections of these Terms.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on the dbg99 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests made through the Platform.

• 4.1Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation of receipt by the Platform.
• 4.2Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will be declined.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

dbg99 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion.

• 5.1Bonuses are credited to your account subject to the wagering requirement specified in the applicable promotion. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• 5.2dbg99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, and to disqualify any player from a promotion where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including placing opposing bets to lock in a risk-free return.
• 5.3Bonuses are issued to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same promotion from multiple accounts will be treated as bonus abuse.
• 5.4Free spins credited as part of a promotion will expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Expired free spins and their associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.

Game Rules and Fair Play

• 6.4Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). Settlement may be delayed pending official confirmation of results.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dbg99 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of all account balances.

• 7.1Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other users.
• 7.2Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-format games.
• 7.3Engaging in any form of payment fraud, including initiating chargebacks or disputes with payment providers in bad faith after receiving a service or bonus from dbg99.
• 7.4Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. dbg99 is required by applicable regulations to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• 7.5Registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own identity or a false identity, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing any account restriction imposed by dbg99.

Account Suspension and Termination

dbg99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the circumstances described below.

• 8.1Where dbg99 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, including but not limited to suspected fraud, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, underage gambling, or use of prohibited software.
• 8.2Where an account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of 12 months. dbg99 will attempt to notify the account holder before applying an inactivity closure. Any remaining balance will be returned to the registered payment method.
• 8.3Where dbg99 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, court order, or instruction from a competent authority. In such circumstances dbg99 may be prohibited from disclosing the reason for account closure to the account holder.

Responsible Gaming Commitment

• 9.1Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits on their accounts at any time via account settings. Requests to reduce limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a cooling-off period.
• 9.2Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of between 24 hours and an indefinite duration. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no deposits, wagers, or withdrawals may be made.

Limitation of Liability

• 10.2dbg99 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
• 10.3Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit dbg99's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

dbg99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, dbg99 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users via their registered mobile number or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting dbg99 support.
